Driving through Manhattan After a leisurely breakfast at a nearby deli, Meng decided that he wanted to drive through the city on our way back to Ottawa. Driving in the city is a lot more fun once you realize that everyone is eventually going to cut you off sooner or later, and that most of the rules of the road are guidelines only -- it's ordered chaos at its best.

Look at that smog. I got all nostalgic for Hong Kong just by looking at it.

Taken a few minutes before Meng and the taxis made a left turn -- four cars wide -- into a two lane street.
